Project Overview

This residential project highlights how Corian® solid surface can create a cohesive look while still allowing each space to feel distinct.

Stonecrest Smoke is used throughout the kitchen and one bathroom, while White Onyx is featured in a separate bathroom, creating contrast across the home without losing continuity.

Design Approach

Stonecrest Smoke anchors the kitchen with bold, natural stone inspired movement, carried across countertops, backsplash, and a waterfall island. That same material continues into one bathroom, reinforcing consistency throughout the home.

White Onyx introduces a softer, more subtle pattern in the second bathroom, creating a lighter, more refined space that complements the overall palette.

Execution

Fabrication and installation by Schaumans Inc., led by Jake DeMitchell, focused on:

• Maintaining vein flow across surfaces
• Creating clean transitions between applications
• Executing a waterfall island with aligned movement
• Delivering a consistent finish across multiple spaces

The Result

The final space balances bold and subtle design elements.
