As always, health and safety are of the utmost importance to our company for both our employees and our valued customers. In order to maintain a healthy working environment for both our staff and customers, we will be implementing enhanced safety and cleaning measures suggested by the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization).

Currently, the H.J. Oldenkamp Company is still operating as normal so we can continue to serve our customers. We are continuing to receive product shipments from our suppliers and to make deliveries to our customers. Our Customer Service Department is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and our Showroom hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. – but with enhanced safety and cleaning measures. We are limiting in-person meetings in favor of virtual meetings, conference calls, and emails as a way to limit potential exposure to this virus.

Despite the global implications, our major suppliers have indicated they do not foresee any customer impact due to product availability, which is great news.

Our team is continuously monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak on a daily basis, and our procedures may change as new information becomes available. We will continue to keep you updated.

As of March 18, 2020, our Showroom is currently by Appointment Only. Please call 586-497-7506 and we will be happy to schedule an appointment. The Design Team is still able to assist via email, phone, or text for your project needs. With new enhanced safety and cleaning measures, our Customer Service Department remains open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for contractors to place orders and receive material.
